When you eat raw, your enzymes are happy.

A raw diet helps preserve your time sensitive enzymes. By raw we actually mean raw - not cold. Plenty of foods are so called raw but the heating process over 40 degrees actually destroys all the good enzymes for your body. We are aware not everyone will jump on the band wagon at first. But once you notice how much more energy you have and how much your mood changes, you will want to eat more often raw foods.

  • Yes and no. If the food in the vegetarian dish have not been heated than it is the same.

    When the vegetarien food is heated then served cold it is no longer filled with the natural enzymes stored in foods.

  • Yes, as long as it is from a private breeder who doens’t use any antiboitics, or pesticides in the cattle feed.

    It’s also best to deal with free range cattle when selecting meats for raw consumption.

  • Only eat free range from a reputable farm that does not use antibiotics or herbacides in the chicken feed.

    Make sure to wash the egg shells thorouly before and do not drop any egg shells in your prepared raw meal or smoothie.

  • No. Never eat any raw chicken. You may get very sick or worst. Inside chicken meat meat is a bacteria called Samonela and it is very harmful to humans.

  • Yes. When you eat sushi you are most likely eating raw fish.

    Important: Only eat raw fish that comes from the wild ocean and has been caught by hook. Fish from breeders are more likely to contain antibiotics and OGM. Only eat fresh fish meat or same day properly thawed fish. Day old in refregirator fish should be cooked before eaten.

  • No. Never eat any raw pork as the effects will be similar to eating raw chicken. Make sure it is well cooked before eating.
